Bookings & Tickets
Bookings are confirmed instantly upon successful payment, and an e-ticket is sent to your email. You must present the e-ticket (printed or digital) and a valid ID at check-in.
Passenger names on the ticket must match the ID presented at the harbour. Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure — late arrival may result in forfeited seats.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change without prior notice until a booking is paid. Payments are processed securely over SSL by our payment partners.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure, unless a specific operator's fare rules state otherwise. Changes within 12 hours may incur a fee or be refused.
No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds for eligible cancellations are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Schedules, Weather & Nyepi
Departure times are indicative and may change due to weather, sea conditions or operational requirements. In unsafe conditions, crossings may be delayed, rerouted or cancelled — you will be offered a reschedule or refund in such cases.
All crossings, including the 24-hour public ferry, are suspended on Nyepi (the Balinese Day of Silence).
Luggage & Vehicles
Standard luggage allowance is typically one bag up to 25 kg per passenger; excess baggage may be charged by the operator. Dangerous goods are prohibited.
Cars and motorbikes are carried only on the ASDP public ferry to Lembar, subject to vehicle tickets purchased at the port or via the Ferizy app.
Liability
Sea crossings are operated by licensed third-party carriers who are responsible for the transport itself. Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased through this site.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering marine transport.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
